Dr Megan Thackray, B.Sc ND
Dr. Megan Thackray, ND is a licensed, board-certified Naturopathic Doctor who is passionate about helping her patients take control of their health and wellness. She works with individuals to get to the root cause of their health concerns and takes a holistic approach to healthcare. She collaborates with her patients to make sure their treatment plan is empowering, effective and realistic. She graduated from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine, where she received additional training in women’s health and was selected to work on the Reproductive Health + Fertility shift. Prior to Naturopathic Medicine, she received her Honours Bachelor of Science degree from McMaster University. She is happy to see a variety of patients and health concerns in her practice, but she does have a clinical focus on women’s health, hormonal health and fertility. She is available Mondays 12-8pm, Wednesdays 9-5pm and 2 Saturdays a month 9am-3pm

Dr. Lena Ma, BA, ND
Dr Ma, ND graduated from Queens with a dual degree in Bachelor of Life Sciences (Honours) and a Bachelor of Music in Classical Voice. She then went on to receive her Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in 2015. She is committed to running a family practice and is dedicated to providing quality, individualized health care using a variety of modalities. Dr. Ma is also certified to provide facial rejuvenation acupuncture as well as acupuncture for your aches and pains. She has a special interest in women's health, endocrinology, digestive concerns and pain management. Available Tuesdays from 4-6pm
Avaleena Acco, RMT
Avaleena is a recent graduate from Humber College in 2018. She has worked in various internships helping to develop her skills; from working with pre and post-natal to palliative care and everything in between. Her strengths include scar tissue work through frictions, deep pressure treatments, and utilizing passive movements in her treatments. Avaleena co-wrote a research paper regarding scar tissue remodelling on patients post-operation. Avaleena knew she wanted to be a massage therapist because she wanted to help those who couldn’t help themselves. She is available Monday, Wednesday - Fridays and every other Saturday.
Latysha McIntosh, RMT
Latysha joined our team in January of 2018 and has proven to be a great asset. She is a graduate from Sutherland-Chan, and has a background in athletics dating back to her high school days. Latysha has a very well rounded understanding of the body and a quiet, compassionate demeanor. She enjoys the variety that Massage Therapy brings and offers the following; relaxation & therapeutic treatments, hot stone therapy and prenatal massages. Latysha is available Monday - Thursday and every other Saturday.
Thea Matilainen, BA RMT
Thea graduated from Sutherland-Chan School and Teaching Clinic in 2001 and has spent her 16 year career focusing on care for the entire family. She has extensive experience treating all ages of clients from newborns to seniors, and everyone in between, providing therapeutic and relaxation massage, hot stone massage and reflexology. Thea is also an infant massage instructor and pediatric massage therapist. She teaches parents how to massage their children to help with sleep, gas, constipation and relaxation, and also treats paedatric clients with various musculoskeletal conditions, and issues arising from condtions such as Cerebral Palsy, Down's Syndrome and Autism. Thea truly loves what she does, and that passion and experience is evident in her treatments. Thea is available Tuesdays, Fridays and every other Saturday.
Brittany Smith, BKIN RMT
Brittany is a graduate of Sutherland Chan School of Massage Therapy and has been a Registered Massage Therapist since 2012. She believes her background in kinesiology and biomechanics aid in determining the cause and treatment of various ailments. Brittany is available Monday-Friday and 2 Saturdays a month.
