Deep Tissue Massage

Deep pressure treatment focusing on engaging and relaxing the larger, deeper muscles and fascia in the body that are responsible for the majority of aches and pains in the body.

Hot Stone Massage

The use of hot lava stones to aid the in the overall relaxation, or used in trouble areas to help relax those stubborn knots.  The addition of heated stones to the massage not only increases circulation to the area, but can loosen muscle and fascia easier, often without the use of deeper pressure.

Pregnancy  or post natal massages use lighter pressure around the joints and focusing on the daily aches and pains that come with the changes of a womans' body during pregnancy.
